I don't know what "read at the next taleem inshallah." is but I'll Google it, and wish you good luck.

I'm so sorry about your encounter with those men. It's considered unacceptable for men to harrass women in a sexually aggressive way, but if a woman is sending the opposite signals they think it's okay. It's actually probably all the same men who harass any women, but somehow people don't seem to get as outraged, or in the same way.

You have every right to dress as you feel you ought, and to feel safe in public, and I'm just so sorry that you had such an experience.

Taleem is like a study session with a group of men or women (seperated obviously). It usually consists of hadiths, stories of the prophet (saaw) and things of the sort. It follows a 6 point conclusion that consists of things we should do to improve our deen and do towards others and such. It's really nice, it leaves you with a bit more knowledge inshallah and motivation. If you know any women from the masjid, you can create your own taleem inshallah.
And yes, it is incredibly unfortunate but may Allah increase my good deeds by what I wear and what I do when others treat me poorly, Ameen. Unfortunately we live in a country where Islam has been thrown under the bus but inshallah all will see on the last day who was wrong and who was right. All we can do is try to improve our deen, do as many good deeds as we can do, and wait.
