I totally blame LeVar Burton and Wil Wheaton for this. See it all started with LeVar posting a tweet about how he was not the Star Trek: Next Gen cast member who is rumored to be on the next season of Dancing with the Stars but thought it might be Wil. Wil retweeted with a very firm 'hell no' type response. So I'm all, must google this rumor and see if I can figure it out. So I google 'Dancing with the Stars Star Trek'. Mostly nothing and at the bottom of the google results is the similar search suggestions with 'Dancing as the Star Wars Stars' as one of the choices. I had to click. Couldn't help myself and it directed me to that video. Oh dear god.
I was fine until the Thriller with Darth Vader happened. My brain is goo-ed at that. But I passed on the brain hurt to the land of LJ to infect others and instantly felt better. LOL
And they do this annually at Disneyland! Geh. The 2007 video is less brain hurt but mildly amusing to watch anyway, with Luke and Leia doing 'We are Family' and Amidala and Vader doing 'I will Survive'.
