刚看了这部死亡写真.
让我感觉到。。如果当一个人遇到些不愉快的事，不懂的去调适自己，没得到周遭人的支持或信任，一直被那不愉快的事纠缠着。。是很辛苦的。精神上的折磨只有自己才能够体会。
哈， 我想之所以会有心理医生，就是因为现今社会受精神影响的人特多。。。。

OMG! Sounds like some self-reflection.
Anyway, it's very true that nowadays there are more n more ppls with mental issues and too many problems to handle. Things are just not as simple as in my parents younger days.

Therefore, its always very important to have encouraging friends & listening ears to support & help each other along, thru the difficult times. Thanks for being there when I needed you :)

Yeah! Its a new Show.... The show is average only lah..Just so happen that it got me thinking during the show. :)
