Possibilities: suburban teen who doesn't want their parents finding the pregnancy test at home? Girlfriend/wife who doesn't know how she'll react to the test results, so doesn't want to risk being around the husband/boyfriend when she finds out? Or doesn't know how he'll react, so doesn't want him to find out?
