I'm done being nice and telling the truth. All this has ever gotten me in the long run is shit on. It has jeopardized my work and now my reviewing. All because I let people in on the truth and don't lie to there faces. I just need to be a mean vindictive asshole like the rest of the world.

Truth is like a car and people are like a garage. It is nice to have the car in the garage, but you have to make sure the door is open, otherwise trying to get it in there will leave just a big mess. Got to know your audience sir. Some people I know appreciate hearing my insight, others don't want to hear a wiff of it.

hey, i'm not sure exactly what's going on, but it seems like you're getting a raw deal. when i was having some issues at busch, my dad told me that if the people where you're working for don't appreciate hard work and a good personality and they seem to reward people who are less competent ass holes that you're probably not going to change the way that company runs. the best thing that you can do is to try to find a company that values and rewards your contributions.

not sure if that's really applicable to you, or if it does, if it will be any help. anywho, i hope things pick up for you. you're a really good guy and you shouldn't have to change who you are for good things to happen for you :-D
