I just got outed today, so thus I am being seperated from the airforce, fuck. I'll be going back to Florida, although I dont know how long this is going to take. Anywho Im hoping this goes decently, and doesnt screw me seven ways to sunday with a spiked pogostick.

In my case, it was basically just a couple days confirming to half a dozen different parts of the military that you're leaving and a stop at Finance to get your final pay.

Then again, I wasn't at risk of a dishonorable discharge when I got kicked out of the Army either....

Didnt know you had seperated for the same reason. Any advice? Also how does leave work, I have like 50 days leave. Can I still sell that back? Also my discharge is going to be Honorable, unless someone get a vendetta against me. Im just really curious because apparently this is kinda new for my unit, although not the base.

I can't really give any specific advice. I was prety much waiting until I could leave by the time this came around.

As for the leave, I don't remember off-hand. I think you get paid half-time for unused leave, but I'm not sure about that.

In my case, I got a General Discharge (under honorable conditions). They didn't discharge me from my reserve obligations, though, and I did get an Honorable Discharge from the Army Reserve a few months ago, so I have no idea what my official status is.
