Ok, I know that I quit the 24 bandwagon halfway through Day 2, but I went ahead and started Tivoing it. Which is definitely the way to go (especially if you've got 4 straight hours of it). And wow. Neato. I'm an idiot for skipping all those years in between. Oh well, I'm hooked again. Time for bed.

get your grain of salt ready... Series 2 and 3 were pretty much the same, and weren't too exciting. The beginning of the third was really intense, and dropped off by the 5th episode. You didn't miss much in either. Series 4 was just all action, and it was amazing. The fifth series was like all drama. They killed off pretty much everyone you knew, and it was a workout to finish each episode. The first few episodes were even worse because they were crammed together over a few days. I think this season is a good balance so far, but we'll see.

I think the thing I get tired of is that it's always the same thing. They never have more than one lead that they are trying to chase down at a time, and as soon as they kill off one lead, they find another. Eh, I think I'm thinking too much.
