It feels so good to have had a nice relaxing weekend. I stayed home Saturday night and studied. Sunday was good because I got a few chores done. I always feel better when I get something done. Well, it's finally the weekend and I actually have 2 days off in a row. It feels sooooo good!!! I had a terrible week. I think I've hit a new level of exhaustion and frustration. Well, work is getting better lately. I'm not as stressed and things seem to be falling into place. I've done a few counselling lessons and actually enjoy them. I like being able to tell students some good things and giving them advice on how to improve. I'm not sure if I'm giving the best advice, but I'm sure I'll learn more as I go along. Tanabata Star Festival was tonight, so Jeannine and I hung out on the street and took in some of the festivities. We watched a marching band that didn't march and some great dancing groups. I just got home from Dan's birthday dinner at Kibarashi. It's my favourite place, but I wasn't really in the mood to party. I just finished eating some fried instant ramen noodles and am listening to Fleetwood Mac. I also have my sliding glass door open so I can listen to the rain.
