  • My brain has been trying to wrap itself around the finer principles of database design since last night.
  • The above has not been terribly successful, apart from remembering the difference between entities and attributes.
  • I remember learning about cardinality, but did not remember how confusing it looks.
  • Totally forgot about ( Read more... )

i guess the rules can vary by airline, but i think taking poster tubes as carry-ons is fairly common. when i flew to my conference, you could easily tell who all the other conference people were-- they all had their poster tubes. people are very reluctant to hand over their poster as a checked item...

I'm really really hoping that no one gives me any trouble about it. I still need to call and verify ...

if i understood your post, i could empathize. but i don't, so i send warm fuzzies and some kleenex. i tried benedryl for my cold, don't recommend teaching under its influence. sudafed's working well, but has the nasty side effect of lower back pain.

ZICAM!! Seriously, it's kind of amazing. Symptoms go away (or, if you don't start early enough, are dramatically reduced), and there's no fuzziness or grogginess. Just ... feeling betterness :) I recommend the gel swabs. Not that I've tried any of the other varieties, but they work very well. They're expensive, but my last box looks like it will last for two colds--not bad!

I send your lower back warm, happy thoughts :(
