Gave blood for the first time, today... quite the experience, that's for sure... especially when I don't do well in clinics, with blood, or with needles, really. I am anaemic, and was actually okay to donate blood.
I gave for the first time in december, and I don't know why I was so nervous about it, I made sure to have a big lunch before hand, so the donation took all of five minutes.
