Awwww! You're as good as your word - you didn't have to you know! But thank you again, and I did rather enjoy the fairytale cliches. I might see if I can persuade Pepe to another fairy story challenge somewhen soon.

I see so many stories about Daniel ascending and Jack angsting about how he treated him. It's so lovely to see the flip side; that Jack's guilt and the way he missed Daniel is the kick in the ass he needs to say something. You had me on the edge of my seat going "Come on, Jack! Kiss him!"

Other things I loved in no particular order; Jack's jokes about lamps and genies, Jack describing Daniel as 'tinerant', the fact that the door opens with 'open sesame' (as it should), the way Daniel kissed Jack like he can't quite believe it. *♥ them*

OMG LOVE!!! this was simple and sweet and sarcastic and PERFECTLY them! And i love Jack struggling for words to emotions he doesn't like to name and Daniel struggling with everything - the way he was early season 7... andandand... i love everything here! srsly! this = perfect and awesome and amazing and i love it!

A great story, but I really admire the many uses of dark in the opening without actually feeling like the word/image was over used. So clever.
