Vacation Pics and Such

Tino and I will be catching a flight and be home Friday afternoon and we'll take the weekend to get used to Island Time again before classes start again on Monday. (I really hope I can get back into classes again, I feel a million miles removed from school with all the changes in my life in just the past few months. It feels like years.)

Oh my god, look at all that snow! Makes me miss Canada SO bad!

But not enough at this point to give up the bright sun, the warm weather, the huge pool in the back yard and the gorgeous mansion I stayed in this Christmas!

This was by far the best Christmas Alfred and I have had in a LONG time...if you don't count getting plastered on New Years, that is...oops...

By the way, how are you healing? I've been thinking about you and Tino recently, and I wonder if your leg's doing all right. Let me know, okay? I worry. And tell your cutie boyfriend I say hi. ^_^

I'm healed for the most part, there is some nerve damage I'll have to deal with for the rest of my life, but I'm doing okay.

I know Tino is looking forward to getting back to the last of the hockey season. (He has such a hidden violent streak!)

But we need to get that picture of Hana framed and display it on a table or shelf or something. We are going to have one heart broken little puppy when we take her home! We're taking her away from her Ukki. ;w;

And I think Nukka will be relieved. "Get that Whippersnapper outta my bed, It's past my naptime!"

She pestered him so much with all her puppy energy, he tolerated her well.

I think she makes him young again. He was never that active until Hana was brought into his life. He spent most the time flopping around. I think he loves her in his own grouchy way. He's just a grumpy old man. I mean, even MATHIAS loves her and he calls her a little devil!

She is the devil. It's why I bought her. I was just walking into the grocery store and she was the last little puppy in that box, yapping at me like she was ready to take me on and not like she was one pound of poof. You should have seen her when I got her, the cutest thing you ever saw.

Oh, do I ever miss that place! Magic really DOES happen in that kitchen.

At least Nukka's still faring well, I see. Hopefully he still remembers his Onu next time we're over there, lol.

Tino learned his skills from his Mummi, aunt Salli and his Mamma. I think I gained ten pounds on vacation. So GOOD!

I have to make sure I work out every day because Ti cooks for me every day and I can eat a LOT of his cooking.

I concur on that sentiment. Too bad typing on a keyboard doesn't count.

Well I'm lucky, we have a nice workout room here at home with a treadmill and free weights so I can get in some work-out time before Tino gets up in the morning.
