Tenth Assignment
With our current situation in mind, I would like to make a proposal to the police force. Details will follow. First though, I would like to speak with Miss Moa, who is in charge of the inventory, as well as Professor Layton, who I believe assists with it.

Considering the current lack of supplies, I would recommend someone keeping an eye on, or guarding the supply rooms. For now I think it would be safe to leave them as is, but if things even start to turn just a little worse, it would be important to start restricting them and rationing. I feel this is the only way to guarantee we will have anything left in case of an emergency.
Of course the final decision is in the hands of Miss Moa, and if she feels these sorts of methods are not needed, then I will leave it at that. But, even in that case, I think there should be extra precautions put forth in it's protection, in case people decide to make a mad dash, or become violent.
