Sixteenth Assignment

I haven't been able to find Hitsugaya for several days.... I'm a litter concerned. Based on the information I have, it might be safe to assume that he has left the city. But this means that he has left behind his work with the city watch. I understand that these sorts of organizations seem not to do well in this city, but I feel this is something ( Read more... )

What, that police guy?

Last time I saw him, he was in the forest... after that explosion. Did you check his frequency?

Yes.

I can't locate it, and no one has been in the office he was using for several days.

[Checking the frequency himself.]

I guess you're right...figures they'd take someone like him.

The city had a watch? I had no idea, but that's really a good idea! It's nice to know Discedo has something like that, I think a feel a little safer already.

It did, I'm not sure what will happen with it now though.

... That's too bad. I wish I could do something to help, but I'm not a knight either.

If you know anyone who would be interested in keeping it going, that would be a huge help.

It seems a common enough theme for those in charge of any leader of that organization.

And this was a new organization as well. Maybe the concept is just doomed from the start?

For this place, I think you have to live with the fact that laws cannot be what holds a watch together.

I'm not even speaking of laws. Simple safety would be good enough at this point. The city is filled with monsters, and there are many people who can't handle them on their own.

I suppose the real issue is, we aren't really connected with each other. Even a small village cares about it's own as a whole.

A knight's job? Don't be ridiculous. Peace keeping is handled by folks like yourself plenty well.

I don't know about that, I'm really only good at organizing things, I could never patrol or deal with monsters very well. Generally when the comity would go and investigate safety issues, we would bring a knight with us, or report back and send a knight over to deal with any outstanding monster problems.

A good leader does not necessarily need to be on the battlefield themselves.

beseriousannie June 29 2010, 06:04:31 UTC
That is true, but, I'm not qualified to be a leader, there is still much I need to improve on. Which is why I wish to find someone who could be a good one.

Shouldn't someone in the watch itself be able to handle his work? ...Or have his work be divided between the people who are still remaining in it.

I must confess, I hadn't learned the other members yet.... This is as much a call to them as it is anyone else who is interested.

...It seems that this watch lacks organization.

I apologize greatly for that fact.
