[If Hans were conscious, or even capable of restraining Flandre in such a state, he would have tried. Sadly he had used all he had trying to save his documents and anything else he could, and it had taken everything for him to get out of the building with his life.]

[Hans could definitely use some rescuing. He's down for the count and is still in good proximity to the burning building.]
