I decided a peacock feather would be a fun thing to embroidery, so I sketched one based on a feather in my room and improvised. Here is the result.

1. We went to Seattle Sunday night for the "cousin dinner" for my mother-in-law's family who was coming to town for one night only from Massachusetts. We went to a restaurant on the waterfront, but killed time at Pike Place for an hour or so first.
