I have the bestest friends EVER!

Hey, I just read about Gavin. I hope he is feeling better. Sending healing energy to your entire family, for everything you are all going through.

Absolutely! If you have never met John Horner, who is a playwright living in Independence, you should. He is a dear old college buddy and wrote and directed "the Kirtland Rehearsal" in which I played one of the 5 roles. I believe I told you somewhat about it once. When I get unpacked and finally organized (!?!) I somewhere have a video of that production.

I'd be happy to read your stuff, my dear, especially since I'm knowledgeable of the subject and spend considerable time in Nauvoo.

I have not met John. We need to make arrangements for a meeting. We will be coming to Independence sometime in July for a research trip. We HAVE to get together then!

And yes, giggles, I was hoping YOU would respond!

John is a dear friend, pedantic and self-absorbed but still, a well-loved friend and very talented writer. You guys should definitely meet. And yes, when you come into this area, we MUST get together!
