ok, so last night i went to see a movie with emily and as we were walking in she was like, ummm... you have blood all over you. and so i looked and sure enough it was all over my hands, my arms, my neck, even on my shirt. it was ANOTHER bloody nose

KJ gets nosebleeds a lot. Is it normal? I'm not sure, but they don't bother him any. It's just annoying cuz I have to wash his pillowcase a LOT.

I used to get them all the time when I was in middle/highschool.

Doctor said the only thing she could think it would be is that my nose got TOO dry, like after I'd have a sinus flare-up and then you take medicine and it gets really dried up. So she gave me some nasal spray and it seemed to help. I'd use it once a day and after that I only got nosebleeds maybe once a month or so and eventually they went away altogether.

Definately go see a doctor about it, it's not anything critical, but it's annoying and you shouldn't have to deal with that.

hmmm... good point. im so used to not going to the doctor unless it sreal bad cuz i fifght with my insurance so much. but i just got that taken care of so i might as well. thanks hun
