I suppose I could start writing in English, but then I would lose my sense of smug self-satisfaction that I get after writing something and being able to say to myself "Ha ha ha, there are precious few people that can understand this, besides me."
In a larger sense, you could say that this journal entry isn't even written to keep you people informed about my life, but more to brag to everyone by saying "I SPEAK FRENCH HA HA HA SUCK ON THAT."
I hope that clears things up.

If this is indeed your goal with Live Journal posts, then I suppose I have no reasonable objection. The sole reason I request translation is so that I can understand what merited your post, but if such inquiry will only reveal irrelevant or otherwise uninteresting subject matter, than I will desist from pursuing the issue.

Be wary of the temptations of your new tongue. I know from impersonal experience that French can make you a callous and bitter individual.
