SICK

tea does not work.
ice cold coolattas do work.
for about five minutes, to soothe the throat.
then say "welcome back" to the stabs of raw agony.

i've been sick since last thursday.
i had to miss chapel for the first time b/c i felt so awful.

this better be gone by Monday.
