Ah, much better
As soon as I posted my last post, I did some EFT and feel much better. it's amazing how fast it seems to work. Before I did it, I found this video. I did it, and felt better right away!
Then I followed along with my favorite EFT video. The sound gets out of sync about halfway thorugh, but you can still follow along.
