WHO ARE YOU: Kate! (Exclamation point optional)

WHY INCEPTION: Because it's a brilliant film, with a brilliant ensemble cast, and a brilliant director. The most revolutionary film of this year, to be sure.

WHO DO YOU PLAY: Arthur (mr_specificity)

WHAT POINT ARE THEY IN CANON: Arthur's just come in following the events of the film. At this point, he and Cobb and the team have gone their separate ways. I see Arthur as a man who always has to be working to be happy (or, as close as it gets for Arthur). When we join him, he has just burst into the Bar in pursuit of a soggy Asian businessman. Naturally, you can see how he might be a little rattled.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH IN BAR: Basically, Arthur wants to brood handsomely and wear sweater vests. No. I'm kidding. Mostly. I think Arthur needs a job to be happy, and to feel useful. I'd like to see the team come back together again. 'Get to know a little of the story behind Arthur and Eames's strangely subtextual relationship; get caught up with Ariadne; be beta dog to Cobb's alpha. You know

WHY INCEPTION: My first RP fandom was The Matrix. I think it's safe to say that I like the mindfucky canons. The entire cast is heartstoppingly gorgeous and I'm shallow. Um. IDK, fun times!

WHO DO YOU PLAY: Mal

WHAT POINT ARE THEY IN CANON: She's dead, Jim! Uh, you know, probably. She is also the real Mal, and therefore probably won't be stabbing or shooting anyone, but she does have a dramatic streak.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH IN BAR: WELL. I've always left whether or not Mal is really really dead open to interpretation of other canonmates. Because... well, what if the whole movie from Cobb's POV was a dream and the whole thing was a setup to get him to wake up and go home? :O! So in an ideal world, when she leaves the Bar, I want the audience being not quite sure if she went home or just moved on. She is, however, bound, and I've pretty much planned to play her as though she were actually dead in her own canon. I think we are getting a

WHAT POINT ARE THEY IN CANON: At this point, it's vaguely ambiguous, if only because I am equally comfortable throwing him into the Bar pre-, post- or during canon. (I also want to find a way to get that leggy blonde version of Eames inna Bar if I can figure out an explainy thing for that. :D?)
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH IN BAR: Definitely a team reunion, but also exploring his relationships with Arthur, Cobb, and Mal - because I'm convinced that he knew her before she passed away, especially if she was as good an architect or whatever she was before getting lost in limbo, etc. So, yeah.
DID THE TOP FALL DOWN Y/Y (OR N/N): Y? Although I am also part of the population who thinks it doesn't really matter; I am happy with the ending either way.

YYYYYYYYYYYY to blonde lady Eames.

I think Mal was actually not as good an architect as Dom. She was still good, but he was brilliant. She could do it, and she did, if the job called for it, but I think she usually took on the extractor/point man role more often than not.

That said, she probably knew him. I don't think she particularly trusted him. >.> I just don't think they were overly close, so it'll be interesting to see how they interact since she's the real Mal and by now Eames has probably met the crazyass dream version just as often.
