All right, listen people, here's the deal.

Toilets? Are your friends.

There's gotta be a way to have a working toilet in this boarding house. I mean, honestly? Even a decent outhouse like uncle Earl's would be fine at this point. How do you guys even live in a place like this?

Right, there's running water and better beds and all that up here. And you'll get used to it. After a month, you're given permission to move up to the upper level.

There isn't any plumbing on the lower level. You'll have to get a job and keep it for a month; then you can come up and live with the rest of us.
