It's so interesting to see what appeals to others and what appeals to me be so different! This is not my fav icon from 2020, but it's definitely one that I thought came out really well!

Thank you everyone who nominated and voted, and thanks to @rizbef for hosting and putting all this together for us!

I will admit, I'm VERY surprised by my winning icon, considering it didn't get much love when I posted it - in fact, I don't think a single person mentioned it!!

I also find it strange that that icon is VERY similar to my winning icon from last year! Same coloring, similar texture work, albeit a little bit more work went into this year's icon! I'm taking this as a sign to stick to this theme in the future, lmao, people seem to like it!

First of all I want to thank rizbef for putting this on so smoothly. You continue to put in so much work and I thank you.

Secondly, wow. I did not see that one coming. The past few winning icons I can see why they won. But this one, I didn't expect. At all. It's deceivingly simple, so I greatly appreciate so many people's interest but still surprises me.
