*Bulbasaur got... Katrina! He hasn't talked to her since her fortunes, but she was really nice so he wanted to get her something nice. So he looked around and found her a nice (not too pricey!) new tablecloth for her fortune telling table. Bulbasaur doesn't have a lot of money for gifts, so he used what he did have to buy ingredients because he hadn't flexed his new baking skills in a while. He also probably nicked some public ingredients from the student kitchen. And he might have borrowed some from the cafeteria maybe.
