- working. i had had a pretty cool project to work on, until it got deprioritized to make room for a boring one. the rock band disk is scratched. our daily meetings have been running 50% longer than they should. such is work! i am ramping up on halo 3, however

What kind of camera did you get? (I think I would get better food pictures if my plates were all white, ah well.)

a number of food blogs take pictures on mostly non-white plates... i think the issue is more one of having a ridiculous amount of light; daylight is super helpful in this regard.

i got a canon powershot sd1100 is; it seemed like the best choice among small cameras, and supposedly takes decent photos in its built in macro mode. so far, so good.

The Canon's are nice cameras. I had several of the SX00 Powershot line and now I have an S5 IS, which is a (I think) a digital bridge camera.

Daylight helps too, but my kitchen and dining room are not exactly swimming in it, even during the day.
