crack goes the back

my back hurts. I am not sure what I did to injure myself, but I am officially broken. I finally went to a chiropractor, a really nice one, and got straightened out. he says I should be back to normal within a week. when he cracked me yesterday it hurt so bad I cried for fifteen min. and screams so loud they heard me in the waiting room. dang
