A/N: Many thanks to my beta shina_laris. Al is lightly based off of mistful's Coda to an Epilogue Al, but he's mostly mine. (You can't tell from the short blurb, but you can tell from the way he'll act in the EPIC.)

( I want to do that someday, to stand up in front of a crowd and tell people what to do without my insides feeling like there are newly opened Chocolate Frogs in them. )

Nope, Scorp's love is destined for someone else. And you know it. XP If I matched him up with Al, my whole last three books would need desperate replotting. XD

I'm thinking more along the lines of something leaderish... but I dunno yet. I love James, but I think he's more of a loner than a proper "army" leader would be. Maybe I'll make Al lead the kids and James be the hit man? XDDDDD I dunno. The first three books are clear in my head, but the whole war thing is a big old jumble...

I'm not sure Al will ever grow out of it, but hopefully he'll be able to deal with it a bit better. So instead of throwing up down the front of his shirt in class, he'll politely excuse himself from a meeting, walk to the nearest loo, and toss up in the toilet. XDDD
