Oh, by the way, did you purposely spell defense, "defence" - or is that a typo? I'm not quite sure because I saw it twice up there... Yeah.

And yeah, I meant to spell it that way. Defence is the British spelling. I don't use Brit spelling for everything, but for common words I try to keep with the authenticity of it. :)

XDDD And see, she really isn't a Mary-Sue... she's a recyclable character! =P I use her almost anytime I use Al and need a friend, and she always changes, but it's easier than coming up with a new name. XD (And I like the name Topaz! If Ruby can be one of the top five names in Britain right now, then Topaz can be an HP character. XDD)

I love Ruby and Topaz as names. I got them from a book series about women named Ruby, Topaz, and Opal. Gemstones make very pretty names. :)
