This was fantastic. I understand how hard it must have been to write adultery, when it's a bit squicky for you, but it was great.

Poor Harry! It's horrible when a relationship just fades away and there's nothing one can do to get back the feeling of belonging. And I guess I understand Draco. A family is always more important than a brief fling.
The story hits perfectly on these sad facts of life. I love the ending, the loneliness and bitter failure that are what is left for Harry are absolutely logical and perfect. I really love sad endings. Still, a part of me hopes there's new happiness out there for Harry, waiting to be discovered. Maybe not with Draco, but still... Maybe Snape has somehow survived and only waits for Harry to realize that they belong together.

Writing my squicks is good for me... it makes me grow as a writer. And this wasn't actually too bad, since I made it end unhappily. I wouldn't have been able to write a happy adultery story. XD

I wouldn't mind him ending up with Snape. We shall have to pretend it did happen. XD

Wow, that was so painful. Even if he shouldn't have cheated, I want to crawl through the screen and gather Harry in my arms and hold him close.
Beautifully written and compelling, the emotions poured off the page. Possibly my favorite "short story" of yours, well next to Look at Me but that is completely different.

Oh my, that was excellent. I love your style of writing. I love the concept here, poor Harry only wanting someone to feel close to, someone that wants to be close to him.

Infidelity can be hard to write, but I think you did a beautiful job here.

The infidelity was very difficult to write because I hate it, hate it, hate it, but I'm pleased with the fic. I could never write a happy infidelity fic. XD

It may not have been a happy infidility fic, but it was so honest. I think most infidelity occurs because one person is lonely, feels lost and unloved and someone else just happens to be there, to help them feel better. It's not planned, it's not intended it just happens.

And no, I'm not speaking from experience, just from observation.
