It all happens so fast, that she barely realizes she's ducked into an alleyway out of the way until it happens. This isn't the kind of thing that happens to her all that often, either. Held hostage by psycho patients? Sure. The top floors of buildings suddenly getting crushed into nothing? Not so much. But when she peers around the corner again and sees what damage has been done, that's what she sees.

The top three floors of the Magistrate's tower, gone.

Jesus Christ.

Fortunately for her, adrenaline and doctor instincts kick in before the shock does. She doesn't have a first aid kit on her, or any kind of supplies for that matter, but she'll do what she can, as best she can. She waits until most of the dust had settled, before rounding the corner and heading in the direction of the tower, stopping at the first injured person she sees. The sooner they're able to sort everyone out, the better.
