Lieutenant Uhura to Bridge. I--
[Scuffling, followed by the sound of several empty wooden crates falling from a considerable height and breaking on a concrete floor, and then a surprised/frightened gasp.]

Commander Spock.
[Another fumble and the sound of something else hitting the floor after a considerable fall.]
I think I'd like to get down now.

[He takes a few moments to start working on his PADD to track the signal back to her. Walking may not be a strength of his right now, but Uhura's one person he's willing to push himself for.]
It may take me some time to reach you.

[There are a few metallic thuds, footsteps on a metal grid floor, then a thump, a grating/scratching sound, and after a moment the crash of quite a lot of debris hitting the floor. Then silence, and the creepy creaking of the catwalk swaying slightly. She totally just backed into a big pile of crap and knocked it over. Way to go, kiddo.]

Her eyes are adjusting to the dark and the reality of her situation is hitting her. Later, when she is someplace safe and private, she will flip her shit. Right now she just needs to keep it together.]
Just hurry.

[Hopefully. At least he's not left walking the entire way. His voice is quieter when he continues; softer, even.]
...be careful, Nyota.
[And then he's disconnecting to instead focus on the task of actually getting there.]
