[Sirius looks...well, like a zombie he just came back from the dead. There's still blood on his shirt, and a hole where the bullet went through. Fortunately it's not lodged in his chest, and the wound has healed (though he's still a bit sore from it). He's not really thinking about any of that though, when he reaches for his diary/network device
