Rich weirdos are more likely to go to the non-mainstream places, if only to avoid detection. In a place like this, there is likely to be a bounty of rich weirdos.

Gaila, there are legitimate establishments in this city where patrons can pay to be dressed in giant diapers, and fed, burped and changed by lactating women. Bete Noire has no issue putting it's weird into the mainstream. If someone wants to stay off the radar, they most likely want to hurt you.
