It's a friendly city you guys have got here. [The offhand comment is the understatement of the century, Jim knows. But what you can't see if that he's nursing himself a black eye and possibly a few sprains. Seems Jim's gotten a little rusty at bar fights. People who know him well will recognise the tone of voice which indicates he's in some pain

[She doesn't like that voice he's using. She's heard it too many times in the medbay and she's thinking he got himself into trouble.]

Good, good. I'm at this old Gothic-style mansion.

Now what have you been doing? You sound like you're in pain.

[He's using his "ow, it hurts to breathe" voice, of course! SHE KNOWS IT WELL!]

You didn't answer my question. Where are you and what have you done to yourself this time?

[He pauses and flicks on the video, knowing better than to argue with the Head Nurse. He doesn't look too bad, but one black eye and a cut that's been washed.] Some guy took offense to my sitting in his chair.

[She gets a good look at his wounds and sighs.] This place is a nightmare. I can fix that for you, if you'd like. Got my dermal regenerator in my med kit.

[Jim rolls his shoulders] We need to save whatever medical supplies we've got for emergencies. I'll be fine.

[She switches to video to give him a very displeased look.] I want to see you in person, so I can determine how "fine" you really are.
