The Sanctuary's a nightclub. But they run a restaurant like for lunch and dinner early in the evening, before the clubbing starts.

The Chinese place--lemme think, it's been a while. Okay, so you exit the hotel, and turn left. Cross one street, and then the next, and it's like right there on that corner as soon as you cross that second street. White building.
