Saturday will be D's first birthday with me. I've got a few things up my sleeve for him. I've bought all his gifts. I'm very confident that this will be a very good birthday for him... but in traditional Army style we will be celebrating Friday, and not Saturday the 23rd, because he has a gig that will take him away all day. Figures.

These mornings only happen once in a blue moon, but tonight just had to be one of them. I woke up at 2:30am to Tessa whining. Now, she never sleeps outside of her kennel because I'm afriad she'll download on the carpet. But, my brother was in town and wanted her to sleep with him. So, tomorrow at around 1300 I'll be sitting belly up with lots of goo on my stomach and a little microphone looking appendage of a computer monitor sliding around on my full bladdered stomach. How EXCITING!!! I can't wait.

Have company this weekend. It's my brother, though. That won't be so bad. He's easy to entertain. I hope to I don't wear myself out again. That would not be good. I'm tired of waking up at 10:30.
