Something that's been helping me in my diet efforts is to focus my attention on something that I can have, instead of something that I can't. So if I'm craving a caramel frappucino, instead I design a homemade coffee drink in my head and decide what time I'm going to make it. Then I make my confection of coffee with skim milk and Atkin's chocolate shakes and suddenly I have a high protein, chocolatey mocha without sugar. Or if I really, really need a cookie, I'll tell myself that if I eat a small portion at dinner then I can have the cookie afterwards, and if I overeat then I'm usually not craving the cookie anymore anyway. ;)

The high-protein "frappuccino" of sorts sounds like a great idea! The coffee drink substitution sounds like a good way to start down the right path.
