Hi sweetie, long time no talk. Im really interedted in your decision of pastry. I would love to help you out. I work at one of the best restuarants in NYC, with some of the most talented pastry chefs and I totally hook you up with a meeting of two pastry chefs (whom I consider friends), so they can give you a bit of advice. You should try to make your way to NYC so you can get an idea of what you would be walking into. Call me.
