I see some of her pictures and they make me laugh out loud. She is very emotional, though Nix wrote me that they hired a "sleep trainer" to help get her on a schedule and within 2 days she was sleeping six hours at a stretch and was far less grumpy. Nix says she's acting now mostly like a sweet tempered baby (usually) :)
I wouldn't stay too proud of me. Lord, I've been all over the place with this and it's because...I am having genuine doubts about whether or not to do something destructive (which the secession thing is...) or to engage more fully. As it turns out, there is already a secession movement underway called Cascadia, so I need to connect with that (for example, a secession petition was filed with Oregon's Secretary of State Thursday friggin MORNING, that's how many signatures they already had...). I am actually getting more scared after having read an article about the number of LGBTG freedoms that can be rolled back with a stroke of the pen due to how many Obama implemented administratively. It's genuinely far worse than I thought. And his rumored cabinet has me in torment. Newt Gingrich for Secretary of State. Rudy Guiliani for Attorney General. OMFG. Maybe they can all get a wife-swapping ring going on in the West Wing. *puke*
