I am so angry with how Ike things are being handled. Anything that might have been salvageable is beyond repair because residents are not allowed back. People who heeded the warnings are being punished for leaving while people who ignored the mandatory evacuation order stayed and are being cared for. Now, I'm not saying that they are in a pleasant
