I'm all about soup, lately. As recently as last week, I would lament that I couldn't make soup, and all of a sudden I realize I've been eating it every day. You mix broth, carbs (barley, potatoes, noodles, whatever), vegetables (this is the only way I'm able to eat leaves without regretting the decision), protein (beans and eggs are my favorites)
