In appreciation of soup.

I'm all about soup, lately. As recently as last week, I would lament that I couldn't make soup, and all of a sudden I realize I've been eating it every day. You mix broth, carbs (barley, potatoes, noodles, whatever), vegetables (this is the only way I'm able to eat leaves without regretting the decision), protein (beans and eggs are my favorites) ( Read more... )

My boyfriend recently came up with a concoction of (among other things) tomatoes, tilapia, and coconut milk. It was quite good. I can ask him for the recipe the next time we talk.
