If I will have a big and important enough job that I will think it is OK to snap at and be rude to my co-workers? I also wonder if I will ever be sane enough not to feel small and afraid when someone does. One of my coworkers, who is really just marginally over me in the pecking order, constantly makes me feel like I did when I was young, right

no...She is a large arrogant black woman with entitlement issues and a reverse discrimination attitude goin’ on. She treats everybody but the boss this way. I was just having a tender day.

You could never be rude so the first part is a no. I don't have an answer for the second because I suffer from the same syndrome. Yell and I crumble at work.
