That is a really Lovely dress! I like it a lot. The veil is nifty too. Are you gonna have your hair in a short 20s/30s bob cut or grow it out longer?

And the train is short enough that you can dance at the reception! That is always a plus.

No, I think I'm gonna grow it out and have it pulled up in a loose French twist OR like the lady has it in the picture with the veil. ****In other words, my parents and grandmother will try to kill me if I have short hair in the wedding XD****

Ah! Ok, I was wondering about the reasoning behind the veil. But yes, very vintage and very lovely!

On a semi-unrelated note, I have a vintage hat with a large-knit mesh veil on it. But it's navy blue, hahaha. :3

I don't know when the wedding is/was but the dress and veil and you in them are absolutely beautiful. And its okay the use you blog to rant...that's what we're hear for to lend a ear and give sometimes good advice and sometimes just hugs.

I know this is an old post but I love the veil. My friend's sister is going with dark colors for her wedding also, chocolate for the bridal party, black tuxes with chocolate dress shirts for the groom's party, and her dress is kind of an ecru/beigeish color. It is fabulous when put together and not at all the train wreck you might think.
