I started this, and then I talked about it with someone who has years of seeing my inner workings. So, I finally know that I am not wrong about this, and now that I've had a chance to think about this, I am really, really angry. And also, disgusted.

I would really love to watch you be with someone without feeling like you need to offer them material things in order to secure their affection. I know you've been so long in relationships where your only value seemed to be physical or monetary, but I am confident there is someone out there who can care for you without you needing to provide for them.
