urgh. the people under me are apparently renewing their lease. suck. suck and a half. i asked the building manager how she wants noise complaints handled, and she said to call her next time it's a problem and she'll come handle it. she's very nice, and very helpful. i think this is a good call, whether i have shitty neighbors or not. at
