I would wait quite honestly. If pre-sale has alraedy been going on, you've missed the good chunk of tickets they have, so wait for the public sale. Just get on as SOON as it allows you to buy them. Once the public sale begins, that's all there is-no more tickets are held back for fan club members-they just have a chance to buy certain tickets early (I'm in Linkin Park's fan club, so I've dealt with this a lot.)
I decided to go through a concierge service we have at work to get the tickets...gave them my cc#, my budget and my requests for seating level :) Hopefully they can get me tickets and I won't have to stress about it :)
