And now for an employees side of things. All of you shut your holes. I am a non-smoker and I hate the fucking ban, this isn't about people "throwing tantrums" or "protesting". While I agree they never should have left I also believe that no one has a right to tell someone else how to run their business. Beths was the last bastion of smokers in Seattle, that is FACT. Due to the smoking ban (read that as nonsmokers throwing a tantrum), we are on a level playing field. There is no reason to drive 5 miles to not smoke when you could drive 1 mile to not smoke. This also has nothing to do with politicians as the initiative was not written by a politician but rather a citizen activist/zealot. If you don't want smoking indoors then make cigarettes illegal, don't try to take away a business owners right to choose whether or not to run a smoking establishment. And yes business has picked up some, but not as much as we had hoped, and I fear that this will end with the summer. Sad.
