Thats a great plan. Don't do it everyday though, you'll suffer from burnout.

Perhaps do it 3 times per week? And see if a friend wants to join you sometimes after school, you've gotta try and make it fun. Bring a walkman with you and absolutely CRANK IT

Swimming is really good too, it exercises pretty much every muscle in your body. Perhaps once per week you could go down to the local swimming pool and have a splash around and get a few laps in.

*sings* ooh doobie doo bethy boo... u will do great ! great plan btw... i used to make them all the time but just never ever stuck to it. Ah well, atleast u will! ur my inspriatttion, my super duper heor... oooh did i tell you... i stuck to my diet ALL DAY today... ahh *beams* i am so proud of myself =) cheesy i know but bleh x
