I got three new books today! It's actually more than that because one is a collection of three. I got a collection of 22 Sherlock Holmes stories (many of which I've read), Treasure Island (which I've never read), and a book that includes Frankenstein, Dracula, and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I haven't read Dracula, but I've read the other two. I'm so ( Read more... )

"Ah, the chidren of the night, what music they make."-Brahm Stoker The plethra of gouls sounds like Van Helsing however if my memory serves correctlly Helsing also made an appearance in Dracula. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde along with Frankenstien I have also read, and please keep in mind the things you may know about these stories are probably coined by mass media. Also, it might be beneficial to carry a dictionary around for Frankestien as it is ostentatiously vebose.

Er, probably not since I've already read both of them.

The only places I've heard of Van Helsing is in the introduction to Dracula and I also know that there's a movie called that, but I have no idea what it's about. Did you imply that Van Helsing is in another book besides Dracula?

Yay for books! I havent read actual books in a long time too, since I used to mostly read on rainy days in bed and such, LoL, and also when I went out places. Since I've had my compu, the only time I read is when I go out... so I hardly get to my books like I used to. I've been reading Xanth #26 "Up in a Heaval" (2002) by Piers Anthony for the past year, lmao. I started the series in Oct 2000. LoL :D
